HOW TO ORDER: Step 1: Choose your mug color. Step 2: Choose from one of our original designs by selecting the option you'd like from the drop-down menu (reference photos for options), select "custom" to customize your own coffee mug with your own logo or let us create a custom design for you. For 2-sided engraving: Simply select "engraved on 2 sides" from the "design option" drop down menu. Enter the design numbers you'd like and/or custom design idea(s) in the "personalization" box, or send us your own logo. To have a custom design created, add your design idea to the "personalization" section & we will message you to confirm & send you a proof of your design prior to making your custom piece. If you already have a design or logo you would like us to use, please message us with it in png or jpg - at least 300 dpi to be sure the image keeps its quality. PLEASE NOTE: the image needs to be black & white with not too much detail in order for it to engrave properly onto the glass - e.g. clipart or logos. (We can change it to Black & White if it is not in black & white). If you're unsure that your image will work, please message us with it prior to purchasing. Thank you!
