Unfortunately the artist did not sign his or her work. Displayed in a lovely shabby painted Art Deco style round picture frame with repousse (raised) floral leaf design at top, bottom & sides of frame. The entire frame measures 13.25" in diameter; the painting area is covered with glass & measures 11" in diameter. The watercolor painting is in very nice condition; the frame is beautifully shabby distressed & has some light scuffing & age marks but nothing that hurts presentation. Displays beautifully!
