The background in the image is the paint color found on the walls. You can create your own color combo on your own. This is NOT part of the mural decal. Momo & I die cut the mural in-between each color stripe to coordinate with your paint color. See below for newly painted rooms - this is important information. Can I Apply The Wall Decals On ANY Wall? Musts for Installation....Is your house newly painted? If "yes." Congrats but now you have to wait 30 days before installation. Walls must be clean & dust free for application to adhere. Clean your walls with water - allow to air dry for a few hours. Surface should be flat. Bumpy & textured walls are NOT ideal & will create air bubbles & edges could possibly curl. Our wall decals allow a residue-free removal for up to 2 years. However, be aware that if applied to very old walls or furniture, the paint may peel off upon removal if the paint was already flaky or in poor condition. Can I Return My Order?
