Magma, formed in France in the late 60s, are known for their extremely unique & influential impact on the progressive rock genre. They have 15 sci-fi rock opera albums that tell the tale of a group of people fleeing Earth & taking refuge on the planet Kobaia. If that wasn't an impressive enough feat, the songs are written mostly in a language made up by drummer Christian Vander called Kobaian. "Zeuhl", the Kobaian term for "celestial" is now used to refer to the specific subgenre of progressive rock started by Magma. Quite a few French bands from the same era adopted the Zeuhl style as did some more current Japanese bands. Comments: Fits like a modern unisex adult medium. Feels like 100% cotton. Tie-dye.
