This adorable wooden plaque is waiting for some paint & some love! It's been waiting since 1978 It is part of a Rag-A-Muffins series by Janet Lee Way. It features a little boy holding a frog & says "A Boy is A Noise With Dirt On It." So cute! It still has plastic wrap on it with its original instructions. These home painting projects/crafts were popular in the 1970s with wood & plaster molds. I love the 70s feel of the artwork. You can bring it to life with your own color scheme.
