My changing pad covers are made of 100% cotton to fit your choice of a standard contoured pad [32x16x4in] or IKEA Vadra Changing Pad [19x29in] I contour the two short ends of the changing pad then sew elastic material around the entire edge of the cover to ensure a snug & secure fit for easy replacement.
