Very rare Vintage Promo Folio from A. Hoen Lithographers, Baltimore, MD circa 1970s (could be 60s) containing TWO Litho Prints of Buffalo Bills Wild West which were reproductions of earlier works by another entity at turn of century. Both prints measure approx. 23x17" & never framed. The folio is very curled from storage & has some minor wear. On a flap is printed info from Hoen discussing the prints & their company. It is faux signed by the President Townsend Hoen. We cannot find a date but through our research we discovered the late Mr. Hoen was President from approx. 1966 until the company closed its doors in 1981 which helps pin this down to probably 1970s. The company was around for approx. 100 yrs. & a major player in the industry. We have seen a couple of these prints sold separately but none as this with the folio as they were originally intended.
