Tinsel Cape Pink coloured tinsel cape. Fabulous tinsel cape! Children's capes: These capes are suitable for age 4-8 years & have a tie fastening at the front. Measurements are 41cm from the longest point at the centre back. Adult's capes: One size fits up to 14/16. Measurements are 55cm from the longest point at the centre back. Each piece of tinsel is individually sewn on so please allow the extended make time. Please note due to the nature of the tinsel some strands may shed so please take care of your cape.
