How to order - Select the size & design or design color in drop down menus & choose color of shirt as well as any personalization if design offers it in the personalization box. Please note some designs are a set & some aren't if you're not sure please ask before checking out. For ordering multiple shirts either update quantity if the sizes are the same, if not add the first shirt go back & repeat for more shirts. Before checking out make sure you have the amount of shirts in the cart you need. Any questions please ask :) Sizing - All shirts are UNISEx, they have a relaxed fit so if you like it to be fitted order a size down. Please see sizing chart in the slide show, we recommend you measure yourself to get the best fit. For Children's sizing, they run true to US sizing. Washing - Machine wash on cold inside out & tumble dry on low or hang dry. Shipping - Every order is printed to order & will go out in 5 to 7 business days. Our turn around can be up to 2 weeks if undergoing high volumes especially during holidays. If it is a large quantity such as 10 or more expect 7 to 14 business days, if you need it by a certain date please let us know so that we can see if it's possible, we strive for fast shipping, the best quality & excellent customer service :) Returns/Exchanges/Cancellations - Cancellations: I don't accept cancellations, once the order has been placed I place a separate order to a shirt supplier for blank shirts if I don't have a specific color or size in stock this is the reason for no cancellations but if you need help with your order please contact me before placing the order. Exchanges are NOT accepted, due to every order being made to order. Returns: Returns are not accepted due to every order is made to order & can not be resold. If there is an issue on our part with how the shirt was made, we will send a replacement, please contact me before leaving any negative reviews so that we have a chance to make it right.
