Fancy cut blue Montana sapphire with conflict-free Fancy cut diamonds on each side. I hand carved this ring in wax & cast it in recycled solid 14k white gold using the lost wax casting process. This OOAK gemstone ring is a size 7 & it can be resized. The sapphire stone measures about 7x6.5mm. The Fancy cut side diamonds are about 3.5mm (.5 side diamond tot ct wt.). The band is close to 3mm.
