RARE. Large antique French advertising toleware drum The tin once contained "Prune d'Ente", a type of plum often sold partly cooked for use in baking. The tin dates from 1900 & still bears it's original label The tin is marked "Etablissement G. Bordeneuve - Prune d'Ente" The tin measures 20cm (8 inch) in diameter x 17cm (6 1/2 inch) high CONDITION Nice antique condition, shows lots of signs of age, rust & patina inside & out.
