A vibrant homage to my first rechao (hot stir-fry) experience in Taipei, Taiwan. A rowdy meal on low tables, lower stools, & lots of Taiwan Beer. I have three Taiwan Beer varieties depicted, along with the following dishes (clockwise from top right): fried burdock root, gong pao chicken, green beans, stinky tofu (steamed & served in aluminum foil eggplant, fried rice, fried snails, pork liver, shrimp, rice noodles, clams, & fish. 8x10 print (on archival matte paper, 230 gsm) will be packaged in a cello sleeve with a chipboard backing & will be signed on the back. 16x20 print (on uncoated matte paper, 215 gsm) will be rolled into a mailing tube.
