Made by the Italian designer, Giuliacarla Cecchi, this vintage dress is a work of art. The cheongsam inspired wrap dress is cut from luxurious scarlet red silk satin. Beautiful panels of crocheted wool lace inserts were meticulously placed throughout the dress. The interior has a floating lining made up of dove gray crepe silk that peeks through the openwork lace. The dress overlaps in front & closes with rows of concealed snaps along each shoulder. Beautifully tailored openwork leg-of-mutton sleeves keep there shape with concealed tulle shoulder shapers. The straight silhouette fits loose through the waist & hip before falling just below the knee. The overlap of the dress provides a couple extra inches of room when needed.
