Using the YELLOW NUMBERS on the image for reference, let us know exactly where you want your names. 4. VERY IMPORTANT!! If adding pets, you must click on the PET CHART thumbnail image to let us know which pets you want, along with your pets names. It is the 2nd image on this Product Page. Please don't make us guess which style of pet you have. 5. Let us know if you want the current year added. If you don't request it, it will not be included. Design & colors as exactly as pictured & cannot be changed. Note that all fields are optional. For example, if you do not want something written on the tent, just don't include it with your personalization request. Please include your email & cell number in case we have a question with your order as we often find mistakes.
