This is a custom-made to order wedding dress by measurements. - Please understand that the dress might be required alternation after receiving due to error of measurement or body shape especially for plus size. - We don't do alternation after the dress is finished & shipped. Sizes 14-16 will be charged extra $180; Sizes 18-20 will be charged extra $280; Contact privately if sizes are over 20. Return policy: - All listed items have no return or exchange or refund policy. - Once order is placed & processed, it can't be canceled. - Please make sure the measurements are correct, once the dress is shipped out, it can't be altered. Payment for custom-made dresses: For custom-made dresses over $1000, customers can either pay full amount while placing orders, or pay 50% of full price as deposit, & the due balance 50% will be charged when dress is finished & confirmed before shipping. Timing for custom-made dresses; Usually it takes 60-90 days to finish a luxury wedding dress, please order the dress 3 months earlier at least before the wedding.
