Vintage poster printed circa 1900 (over 120 years old) from the Maitres De L'Affiche series. The Maitres were poster plates/miniature versions of famous posters & poster artists of the era & were published by Jules Cheret's publishing house. The Maitres were published in the late 1800s to 1900 & sent to individual subscribers. This poster was designed by Maurice Realier-Dumas to advertise an art exhibition.
