A darling soft yellow cotton blouse hand made in the Philippines. Scalloped edge on sleeves, top of pocket & collar, buttons up the front with mother of pearl buttons, hand smocked across front, hand embroidery on collar in pink & blue, darling little heart shaped pocket & the little stand up sleeves are so adorable. It does not appear that it was ever worn. Hand wash & air dry to keep it looking just as wonderful. This sweet little top comes from an estate in San Francisco. Mint vintage condition.
