I made this Halloween witch costume in the early 1990s. Both my daughters wore it between the ages of 6-8. The fabric is a dyed cotton sheet. This costume will fit over warm clothing. Here, in Michigan, that is helpful. The cape has snaps at the neck in back. Nice hat & cape, simple Halloween costume, in nice condition. There are two small rips at front (see photo). If you need to wash it I recommend hand washing in cold water. It is possible that some of the dye will bleed.
