Square neckline with large sleeves with scalloped edges & features those incredible floral appliques. Also features a scalloped hemline with large floral appliques. Comes complete with a matching belt tie that can be tied at the natural waist or higher up at the empire waistline or looks great worn without the belt as well! So comfortable, easy, & flattering to wear.
