This is a COMPLETELY personalized mug. We will change the name "Joe" to any name you specify. Mark mug, Gary mug, Chris mug, Pat Mug - any name can be used. IMPORTANT NOTE: Shorter names work better, but we will adjust the text size for longer names. Please note, the design appears on one side of the mug only (as seen in the photo). Mugs are available in multiple styles. Select your option when ordering. Personalization Personalized text can be added to back of the mug, but you MUST select the appropriate option when ordering. Custom text is printed on the opposite side of the mug (unless otherwise requested). Please put your personalization text in the Notes when you order. About Our Mugs We offer ceramic mugs. The text and/or image on each mug is very sharp - we do not allow poor quality mugs to leave the shop. Ceramic mugs are dishwasher & microwave safe because of the dye sublimation process that we use. This process chemically bonds the ink to the mug surface. You can expect your mug to last a very long time with regular use. Production & Shipping We make our mugs nearly every day so we ship very quickly, usually in 1-2 business days (longer for larger orders). If you need your order by a certain day please ask ahead of time - we will respond quickly. We ship most days, via USPS. The shipping time depends on your choice of shipping service. Please ask ahead of time if you need urgent service. All listings provide a USPS Priority shipping option. Some also include a First Class option, which is cheaper, & some include a Priority Express option as well.
