One is Emerald Green, one is Brown. The ruler is showing inches. These are highly collectible & ExTREMELY rare makeup/ cosmetics collectibles. I opened the Emerald Green tube; it unscrews & the contents did not leak out... there is a "rubber plug" in the cap, & the instructions on the box tell how to refill your mascara tube. I imagine they are both dried out but I didn't want to open the brown color just in case! On the gold tubes is the HELENA RUBINSTEIN imprint along with a "Pat Pending" imprint & an engraved line that swirls around each golden tube just like the original mascara has! Completely matches! The last photo is a picture from a makeup collectible book showing the first Helena Rubinstein Mascara-Matic which launched in 1958. The first ever tube & wand applicator type mascara!
