You are purchasing (2 one for front & one for back) PAPER transfers. This is not a digital product, you will not receive a DOWNLOAD. You will not receive a spinner. Color may vary on computer screens & once pressed PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Pre-press for 3-5 seconds 2. Place your substrate onto your transfer & secure with heat tape. 3. Press for 50-55 seconds @ 380 degrees medium to heavy pressure. (Time & temp may vary based on your heat press) ATTENTION: You have the choice of how your package is shipped. If you choose the cheaper shipping rate (4.50) it is shipped in a 28pt hardboard mailer with NO filler & in plastic (if you are a previous customer it is the same packaging as you previously ordered). If you choose the $6.00 shipping it will have a filler to remind a person not to purposely BEND it & be in plastic to help protect it. Once I ship the package it is out of my control what occurs with it. So, if the PO office bends it, leaves it in the rain, drops it off at a neighbors or 5 miles away, leaves it in the snow, forgets it at Starbucks, I am NOT responsible for it under ANY circumstance. I offer the option to return goods at your expense for a refund. It is YOUR choice if you choose to return the item or not but I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE once it leaves my hands & I am NOT RESPONSIBLE because you only spent $3.00 & it will cost more to return it. It is at my descretion if I choose to refund you for reasons out of my control.
