Description
This is for the PATTERN ONLY. Counted Cross Stitch pattern, Renaissance Band Sampler. This design was inspired by a page in a book from 1597, by Arlene Cohen of Works By ABC. While there is no way to know how the motifs were originally used, they blended together so nicely in a band sampler format for this design. Model stitched on 3 1/2" wide 24 count Zweigart linen banding, 1 over 1, although the design fits nicely on 4 1/2" wide 16 count aida as well. Only two colors were used - a DMC variegated (4240) & a solid (340). Stitch count is 42 x 311. Finished approx: 13" Length. Pattern includes color photo, black & white stitch chart, floss color list, & instructions. PLEASE NOTE: Patterns are NOT returnable to protect the copyright of the designer.
