Our dried watermelon dehydrates for 20 hours & is conditioned for 7-10 days for shelf stability. Dried watermelon holds a concentrated flavor & it blends so well with the orange, lime & mint. The Watermelon Martini makes 3-4oz Martini's straight up or you can add a juice mixer or soda water to make a simple cocktail. This is a Vodka/Gin cocktail.
