US Department of the Navy Vintage Paperweight Paperweight is made of a plaster material covered with a shiny, light blue glaze. About 2 7/8" in diameter & 1 3/8" tall. A couple chips as seen, something you don't find too often. & useable! Postal prices have been different, we are shipping from Connecticut & there may have to be a surge charge to the far west coast, We do not alter any items sold; they are listed the way they were found. We get the dust & dirt off, but all serious cleaning/polishing & repairs are the decision of the purchaser We are willing to ship anywhere you are willing to pay to have it shipped there.
