Re-Assess is a sparkling fresh, green grass fragrance with a warm sunshine heart, & an earthy, grounding vetiver base. It's what we all need to re-asses our world & ultimately hit reset. 100% botanical. As our isolation continues, through a second year of quarantine & pandemic, a fractured society, & so much CHANGE to how we're living our lives, a key word has come into my meditation: Re-Assess. This design, like "New Hope...Is Where We Dream", was begun earlier in the year; June to be exact. It was originally imagined with the title "Hit Reset", but once again as I began to work on the fragrance & the visual artwork together, the energy in the world began to change. The Delta variant began to take hold in July, & what had been an energy of reawakening & hope in the Spring was morphing into another phase of grief, fear, & loss. We are still far away from hitting a total reset of our lives, so for now we must continue to persevere, & continually re-assess what we value most, who & what we love, & put what's truly important foremost in our lives. Re-Assess, the fragrance, was inspired by the sense of freedom & wonder found in children playing. I had hoped to feel as free this Summer, but it wasn't to be. As I worked on this design I remembered my own childhood, running through tall grass on humid Summer days... playing with my friends & always coming home with grass stains on my jeans.
