Tri-State Breeders refers to a former company that specialized in artificial insemination of livestock that originally was founded as a cooperative in 1941, the company went worldwide in 1995 & changed names. The hat is old but was new when put away so the insulated foam interior has degraded & some of the cotton stitching on the bill. The hat makes a great conversation starter.
