Our one piece balloon tassel tails are handmade & all you have to do is take it out of the packaging, shake & fluff it up really good & attach it to the neck of your jumbo balloon. Easy Peasy! Just pick the colors you want your tassel to be made from & let me know which ones they are in the personalization box. If you want all of the pieces to be tissue paper, pick the first selection from the drop down menu. Or if you would like me to add foil pieces to your balloon tail, pick the second option. Please keep the number of foils to 2 different colors. It is very slippery & hard to deal with so there is an extra charge for that. The tassels have a ribbon at one end that is a few inches long & is the perfect length to tie around the neck of the balloon, just above the knot. The tassels are 30" long, but hang 38" down from the bottom of the balloon. These are meant to hang from a 36 inch balloon. If you need these by a certain date, please let me know.
