These boxes don't always stay together during shipping & can arrive on different days. Please allow 48 hours after receiving first box before contacting us to check on additional boxes. FAQs ◾Because we have found that pre-applied labels tend to be damaged during shipping, we do not apply the labels to the bears before shipping. They will need to be applied after arriving. ◾Honey bears should be stored in a warm, room-temperature area up until your event to help deter crystallization. ◾Even with proper storage, natural honey can start to crystallize, generally after about 2 months. This is a natural process & doesn't harm the honey in any way. It's just not as pretty. So, we recommend ordering within 2 months of your event to help prevent crystallization before your event. ◾If your honey starts to crystallize, this is completely reversible. You can place your bears in a warm, sunny spot, like a window. This will slowly re-liquify the honey in the bears without melting the bear. Please keep your eye on these & do not place your honey bears outside as this can attract insects. ◾When we pour honey, it sometimes gets foam on top. This is just a mixture of honey & air. When these bears are shipped, sometimes that line of foam develops sideways (since the bears often lay on their sides during shipping) or in the nooks & crannies of the bear. Leave these bears
