A lovely Promicroceras Planicosta ammonite in its host rock from the world famous Jurassic Coast site of Charmouth. The ammonite measures 20mm. Reasonably well preserved in brown Calcite although the centre is a bit scruffy with remnants of the original shell on top of the brown calcite. It is self standing on a sawn base. It is 190 million years old & was found in the Dorset cliffs about 15 years ago. It is from Charmouth, Lyme Regis, Jurassic Coast, Dorset, UK. It measures 85x32x15mm & weighs 39g. ORDERING INFORMATION: Shipping: All orders are posted by the equivalent of Priority Mail with a tracking number & are dispatched in 3 working days or less. Most orders ship with Slovenija Post although some heavier items can ship with a courier. Delivery Times: Standard Postage within the EU should take 3-7 days & to the UK around 7 days. Standard Postage to the USA & the rest of the world generally takes around 10 days. Delivery times are APPROxIMATE & outside of our control. in particular customs delays are possible. The tracking will show data from Slovenija Post & then the postal carrier in your country but not in between the two. Therefore, it does not show whilst the package is being processed by customs, only once it is released to your national carrier.
