ABOUT US Our shop hours are 9:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday to Friday. We do not operate on weekends or public holidays. Our current turn around times are: Design Proofs - 3 business days Amendments - 1-2 business days Printing - 7-10 business days HOW TO ORDER Step 1. PLACE YOUR ORDER Add the design to your cart & proceed to checkout. Don't forget to provide us with your event details! Step 2. PROOF We will begin designing your stationery & send a proof to you within THREE BUSINESS DAYS. You can then advise us of any alterations that need to be made to the design (two rounds of amendments are included with your purchase - any changes made after this will incur an additional fee). Please note that amendments can take up to TWO BUSINESS DAYS. Step 3. PRINT Once you give your final approval, the files will be sent for printing. Please allow up to TWO WEEKS for printing.
