Boyds Bears figurine is labeled "Beatrice ... We Are Always The Same Inside". 1998 Limited Edition - Retired - April #4733. There is no damage. Comes with original box & styrofoam packing. Box does show lots of wear but is a stable box. A must have for collectors. Figurine stands approximately 4.75" tall & 4.5" wide. Style #227802 - Beatrice... All buyers need to have their correct addresses listed in Etsy because the address listed when making purchases, is the address that prints out when making the label. If I have already shipped the order, I cannot redirect the box that is already in transit. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the "return to sender fee", plus the amount to ship the item again to the correct address. The order may be canceled instead of it being shipped again but the refund will be minus the "return to sender fee" plus the cost of the original shipping amount. What if the box is lost, stolen or missing? The Etsy shipping confirmation email contains the package tracking number. Once the package is taken to the carrier, it is the buyer's responsibility for tracking the package & taking possession of the package. If the buyer is unable to be present to accept the package personally at the time of delivery, the buyer should call the carrier to arrange for a hold. The buyer should contact the shipping carrier to report a lost, stolen or missing box, & contact Etsy directly at help.Etsy.com to report the package lost, stolen or missing. Your police department should be contacted as well. Since there is no insurance coverage for a lost, stolen, or missing box, I am unable to reimburse a lost, stolen or missing order. What if there is breakage? I do my best to ensure that purchased items are delivered intact. Once the box is at the carrier, how they handle the box is completely out of my control. It is the buyer's responsibility to recover losses due to damage in shipping. When filing a claim with the carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS), you will need to attach a picture of the box, a picture of the damaged item in the wrapping, & a picture of the item out of the wrapping. The carrier wants photos of the broken item still wrapped in its protective wrapping. Claims can be filed online with the respective carrier - but remember photos will be required as proof.
