Each sign is 4 inches across & made from ¼" unfinished birch plywood, which is the perfect size for your growing babe! You will receive one personalized birth stat sign, 12 cards, one for each month, as well as a tag you can use to test pens on. Please remember to include your baby's name in the personalization box! We do not offer custom fonts on this product, but we do have different versions of this item in our shop, so please take a look around!
