This black satin cocktail hat is in nice 1940's-1950's vintage condition. There are round rhinestone buttons sewn on each side. The round elastic chin strap is attached to the inside band. There is a label inside reading: Original Chapeaux Louise, 22. The crown may need a little re-shaping as there is an indent near the front. The inside circumference measures 20 1/2 in. & it is 7 in. from front to back.
