The fit is slim so I would suggest that you size up one size so the fit isn't too tight. Please see the sizing chart with measurements from the manufacturer in the photos. You can take your favorite comfy shirt, lay it on a flat surface & compare the measurements of your fav shirt to the manufacturer's specs on their sizing chart.
