Vintage Dog License Tag Earrings from Elmhurst Illinois - 1965 - With Turquoise Magnesite Beadwork from Key of A Upcycled Jewelry Calling all dog lovers! These are fun earrings that featuring vintage solid brass dog license tags from 1965, Elmhurst Illinois. We acquired a full set of these that had sequential license numbers so we are assuming these are "new/old" stock & never issued back in 1965 at all, but were left over tags. We cleaned them up, but they still have great patina & look great for being over 50 years old!! We used turquoise magnesite rondelle beads & pretty dreamcatcher round antique silver pewter drops to suspend them from stainless steel lever backs. Earrings keepers are included. Length of drop is approx. 3" Diameter of tag: 1 1/8" Lightweight If you are pet person, from Elmhurst, a veterinarian or just like upcycled & repurposed jewelry, put a pair in your cart now! serial numbers will vary with each pair, but we will attempt to use consecutive pairs.
