This lovely 'Free Bird' brooch measures either: Large approx 6cm x 5.5cm at the furthest points & is 4-5mm thick Medium - 5cm x 4.5cm at the furthest points & is 4-5mm thick. .The wing is layered & protrudes out a further 2-3mm. EllyMental jewellery has been described as 'wonderfully whimsical' & 'wearable art' by customers & I think that sounds about right! All my pieces are based on things I love; animals & creatures of all kinds from bees to dinosaurs, literature, song lyrics, flowers & mermaids. I also love idea suggestions for new pieces! in simple terms my creative process is: draw, draw some more, photo-shop, alter, add some words, paint, glue, layer metal, wrap paper & resin coat.
