You will receive a printed sheet with the design to sublimate onto your mug. You have two options, based on measures recommended by Cricut mugs: - 8.75" x 3.79" - to be used with 12oz mugs - 8.75" x 4.25" - to be used with 15oz mugs Measure your mug before buy any transfer to be sure that it will fit your mug. All my designs are printed in my Sawgrass with Sublijet Ink. Colors can be different screen to screen. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES: I don't accept returns or exchanges.
