Description
Cannery Row sign hand painted. I used a lettering quill like the local sign painter would have done it back in the day. It is realistically distressed to look aged, including rust streaks where the salt air would have rusted the screws. The substrate is 3/4" thick pine. These vintage style wood signs have intentional wear marks. These are mainly intended for indoors, but they can be used outdoors. The paint is NovaColor or Ronan outdoor sign/mural paint, & the wood is solid pine. Realistic looking rust marks from the salt air. However, since they are already "aged" they may not last as long as a "new" sign with a thicker paint coating. Like any outdoor sign, if it is in a shaded area, or facing north, they will last longer. A Chuck Peterson hand painted original. You will not find one like this anywhere else. Size is 7.25 x 36".
