Fabulous over the top vintage 1980s Sylvia church derby hat. Curvy molded flattering breton turned up brim. Made from faux polyamide straw, wire brimmed. Huge black sheer horsehair pouf flower, edged in multicolored beading. Elastic band to secure. Made in USA. Vintage & preowned fashion is a simple sustainable way you can reuse recycle repurpose for a healthier Earth, . Maker: Sylvia New York St Louis Made in USA. The label looks like it was reglued a bit crooked. I just learned that Sylvia worked with Frank Olive in the 70s. Size: Sits up on head so should fit all head sizes. 22" inside wide grosgrain ribbon circumference. 12-1/2" side to side measured on inside, 4-1/2" total height.
