Larvikite, aka Norwegian Moonstone, is a variety of feldspar in the Moonstone family that has flashes of iridescence. It was originally found in Norway & is the national stone of Norway. Another location that produces a lot of this material is in Thunder Bay, Canada. Larvikite is a stone that brings emotions to the surface so that they can be faced & healed. This is a stone of inner transformation that helps one to grow & expand while remaining flexible. Larvikite increases personal will power, & decreases stress & anxiety.
