Complete Reel: The item comes with the dual lock "velcro" applied to both the acrylic & the badge reel. This gives you the ability to purchase other acrylics & interchange them for different seasons & events. 2. Cover only: Which means it has a dual lock "velcro" applied to it & does not come with the actual reel itself. This is an acrylic base coated with UV resin. My products are handmade & are not 100 % guaranteed without imperfections or bubbles, although I do try my best to eliminate them.
