My painting process allows me to create a crisp, clean, professional looking durable image. Our doormats are high quality 99.5% coir. Each has a rubber backing to prevent your doormat from slipping. Coir is a natural product & as a result, each mat is slightly different. There will be variations in color on the mat itself. Some patches will be darker, more orange or blacker than others. This only enhances the natural beauty of the mat. MOCK-UP APPROVAL & PROCESSING TIME: - If you purchase a personalized doormat, I will send you a mock-up of your doormat. - Please check your Esty messages & reply to the mock-up email I send. - If no response is received within 36 hours, I will assume consent & paint the doormat. - There will be a 3-5 day turnaround time for all doormats unless otherwise stated. DOORMAT CARE: - Clean by shaking out the mat. - Keep in a dry area to prevent fade & wear. - As with any product left out in the elements, your mat will wear & fade with time.
