It's held up great since the 1990s, capturing that Christmas spirit for years to come. MOSC started out as a toy run in Baltimore's Pier Five back in 1981. By its tenth year, the event had grown to massive proportions. By this point it had collected over $250,000 in cash donations & a couple million dollars in food & toys for children.
