This is a vintage Halloween witch rattle style noisemaker made by Kirchhof for its "Life of the Party" line of tin litho noisemakers. It is in good vintage condition with some scratches, paint rubs, & small bits of rust. The piece is about 3 inches wide, & 4 inches long, & has a wooden handle.
