This medical alert id tag slides right onto the silicone band of your 38mm or 40mm apple watch. It is a great way to have your medical & contact information right on your watch. No need to wear another id bracelet. Once attached, it stays securely in place. It is made for an active person & it's very durable & waterproof. This tag will fit the 38mm & 40mm apple watch. Both these watches have a band width of 22mm. It also will fit onto many other silicone bands. BUT PLEASE MAKE SURE you measure your band correctly. The width must be 22mm or 0.866" This tag measures: 22mm x 28mm OR 0.866 " x 1.10236" TAG: Stainless Steel Silver color Measures 22mm x 28mm OR 0.866"x 1.10236" Slides right onto the silicone band ENGRAVING: I use a very high quality 30W Fiber laser engraver to engrave your information. The engraving is permanent & black. ORDERING: Please fill in the personalization area. With the medical alert logo on top, you can fit up to 5 lines of engraving. Without the medical alert logo you can fit up to 6 lines. Each line should be up to 20 characters (including spaces.)
