Boy & girl sculpture is a metal sculpture of solid brass & aluminum, a handmade, Greek sculpture piece of a couple embracing, under a lovely, tree with many branches.The tree & figures are solid brass with a golden, matte surface.The base is a perfectly oval, tumbled stone, a round large pebble of pale grey colour. The tree is a clear, strong form of great, irregular branches, forming an outer ball like unit, its inside being hollow.It is quite minimalist in its style. The couple under the tree is a boy & a girl also of slightly abstract design.They are embracing & standing next to each other. Both figures are featureless.Their arms are outstrteched & their bodies are very close together & about to embrace under the magical tree.The boy figure is nearer to the tree trunk.The girl has long hair that forms a lovely braid on her back on her left side. This metal sculpture measures 16.5cm in height x 8cm in length x 7cm in width. It is not heavy, but could very well be a paper weight for those, who seek a function in gifts or decor items.It was signed in Greek by the artist at the bottom of the stone in black ink.
