Dozens more vintage Hawaiian shirts for men & women in my Etsy shop. This is a vintage 1960s-1970s, mens or unisex, blue, seashell-print, Hawaiian shirt made by "Liberty House of Hawaii". There is no size (measurements provided below) or content label, but I believe the fabric is cotton. It buttons on the mens side so it probably originally was meant for a man, but because of the print I feel it is perfectly suitable for a woman as well. in fact, this was one of my personal shirts which I have worn & enjoyed for years & I am a woman. This beauty features a notched collar, 1 matched-print chest pocket, short sleeves, a back yoke with 2 small expansion tucks, a button front closure & a straight-cut hemline. The blue & white fabric is a border print featuring seashells swimming around in a graphic, stylized ocean on the lower half with a tiny, shagrain (sharkskin) print on the upper half. Quite unusual. It has been laundered, but not ironed & doesn't really need it. It is in very, good condition with the exception of one small, barely noticeable spot on the chest pocket. (Last photo). Also the label has the original owner's name written on it. Hawaiian shirts never go out of style so this lovely, Hawaiian shirt can be enjoyed forever.
