PROCESSING TIMES We understand the importance of timelines. Our processing times vary by item, & can be found on every listing directly below the description. SHIPPING Our Shipping windows are accurate but we would always recommend giving yourself extra time. OUTSIDE THE UK We use a premium tracked courier service that requires a telephone number, please send this with your order, using the notes function provided. RETURNS While the personalised nature of our items varies, all of our items are made to order, just for you, when the order is placed. For this reason we do not accept returns.
