A beautifully painted burning candle in dark rich colors with an equally beautiful frame. The painting is vintage maybe 1950s - 60s, possibly older. It is a small painting 7" x 5" & the heavy frame gives it presence. The painting has been varnished witch had crazed & it is signed in the lower right corner. I believe the signature says Victor. The frame is heavily embossed & finished in a dark gold with a black velvet & gold liner. It is a stunning piece. The painting is on stretched canvas.
